When you use AI Characters, we collect the following information:

  • Account data: email address, display name, and encrypted password.
  • Chat data: messages you send to AI characters are stored locally to provide conversation history. We do not sell or share your conversations.
  • Payment data: payment amounts, token purchases, and transaction status. We do not store full credit card numbers — payments are processed externally.
  • Device data: if you use the Android app, a device identifier may be collected for account linking.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the service.
  • To process payments and manage your token balance.
  • To improve AI character responses and user experience.
  • To send important account notifications (e.g., payment confirmations).

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • OpenRouter — AI model API for generating character responses. Your messages are sent to OpenRouter for processing. See OpenRouter Privacy Policy.
  • Pollinations.ai — image generation service for the /generate feature. Prompts are sent to Pollinations.ai. See Pollinations.ai.
  • Telegram Bot — used for payment notifications and support. See Telegram Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. Chat histories are stored in encrypted JSON files accessible only to your account.

5. Your Rights

  • Access: you can view your account data from the Dashboard.
  • Deletion: you can request account deletion by contacting support.
  • Export: you can request a copy of your data.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

7. Children's Privacy

The service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
